The Difference You Will Make: You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced Construction team, providing day-to-day support to the project teams and ensuring all aspects of project data are accurately managed. On the Construction team, you will serve as the subject matter expert of Procore to improve workflows, utilization, and communication. Your experience will get you the job; your can-do attitude and customer service will ensure your success.

A Typical Day/Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage aspects of project data in Procore (ERP integration, project setup, prime contracts, budgets/job costs, supplier invoicing, insurance documents, contract documents) and ensure information is being sent to C1S’ ERP.

  • Support monthly close items by ensuring approvals, change orders, and invoices are reconciled and submitted timely and accurately. Compile master EAC report.

  • Provide support to Superintendents and PMs regarding project mobilization efforts and subcontractor agreements (pre-qualification, subcontract execution, insurance compliance, etc.), RFIs, submittals, drawings and OAC meeting minutes.

  • Support PMs in developing forecasts, financial projections, and job site coverage when needed.

  • Support project close-out activities, including demobilization, O&M Manual preparation, warranty documentation, etc.

  • Serve as the onboarding point person for all new hires to the construction team, responsible for ensuring appropriate training is scheduled, resources are provided, and information is provided to each new hire so they can integrate efficiently into the team.

  • Support the field team with travel coordination, office policies and processes, recruiting, team-building activities, and maintenance of certification documentation in the HRIS.

  • Serve as the point person for construction team IT software or hardware issues and provide general administrative support to the Director of Construction, such as preparing reports and coordinating meetings.

About You: (Your Expertise):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of construction experience.

  • 2+ years of Procore experience. Procore Admin Certification preferred.

  • Experience with job cost management (budgets, AP, AR).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore.
