A Typical Day & Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively plan, communicate, and mitigate changing site safety risks daily.

  • Serve as the on-site subject matter expert for our contracted scope.

  • Lead and manage all construction activities on site, coordinating with the client, trade partners, permitting officials, and consultants.

  • Manage the installation quality with daily walk-throughs and inspections, timely communication of issues, and appropriate escalation to ensure the highest quality installation.

  • Inspect material and equipment deliveries to ensure compliance with approved submittals.

  • Work with the project manager to resolve scope and schedule issues, manage client expectations, procurement schedules, critical milestones, and maintain project financials.

  • Maintain a current “3 Week Look-ahead” schedule to ensure the overall schedule stays on track.

  • Protect and develop subcontractor partnerships.

  • Up to 75% travel with per diem and expense reimbursement.

About You (Your Expertise):

  • 5+ years of construction experience for commercial and industrial buildings.

  • Ability to read construction documents (Architectural, Civil, MEP, specifications).

  • Experienced in coordinating work with various trade partners.

  • OSHA 30 certification.
